Nina Paskowitz began her accomplished career as a hairstylist, on an indie film titled, The Night Before (1987), starring a young newcomer (and soon-to-be mega star), Keanu Reeves. Nina instantly discovered that the energy, excitement and camaraderie found on set suited her. From these humble beginnings began a working relationship with Keanu that continues to the present day. Internal Affairs (1989), starring Richard Gere and Andy Garcia, was Nina’s first box office hit. Gere’s hairstyle was the talk of the town, premiering his legendary silvery mane.

Nina loved collaborating with these A list actors, and the film launched her reputation as one of Hollywood’s leading hair stylists. Clueless (1995), a career highlight, starring Alicia Silverstone, allowed Nina tremendous freedom, and the creativity to develop her passion for naturally flowing hair, free from toxic chemicals: hair that looks and feels as if you are basking in the sun on some exotic beach. Additional film credits include Sweet November, Hand That Rocks the Cradle, Species, The Mask, The Green Mile, Ironman, The Majestic, Something’s Gotta Give, Meet the Fockers, Night at the Museum, Bad Teacher, Jobs, Real Steel, Muppet Movie, The Lake House, Pirate’s of the Caribbean, and Valentine’s Day. Nina’s television work includes Amazon’s Goliath Season 1, 2 and 3, Pure Genius, Heartbeat, Parenthood Season 6, Crossing Jordan, Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, and Recovery Road.
